Overview
The Application Usage menu helps administrators monitor and manage the usage of features like Custom Forms, Business Rules, AI-Powered Autofill, and AI-Powered Workitem Similarity. It provides a detailed view of how these features are utilized across multiple projects.
For example, you want to see which projects have used the most business rules. In that case, the Application Usage page offers a detailed breakdown, helping you quickly identify projects that may need adjustments. Also, it displays the email addresses of project managers, making it easier to coordinate changes.
Note: The details shown in Application Usage will be according to the limits specified in your selected plan. For more information, visit the License Management page.
Navigation
In the left navigation panel, expand the Apps menu and select the Organization name. Hover over the top breadcrumb, expand the Administration module, and select Application Usage.
Layout
Custom Forms are unlimited for Enterprise plan users. Therefore, there is no upper limit defined for the respective accordion.
Each accordion shows the current usage of features based on your plan limits. For example:
Add-on: AI-Powered Autofill (2/25): This indicates that 2 out of 25 instances of AI-powered autofill are currently in use. Expanding this accordion reveals additional details on how the add-on is used across different projects, such as:
- Project Name: Project utilizing the AI-powered autofill add-on.
- Project Manager: The person managing the project.
- Manager Email ID: The manager’s contact information.
- Count: The number of instances where AI-powered autofill is applied within a specific project.
Similarly, you can find detailed information for Custom Forms, Business Rules, and AI-Powered Workitem Similarity.
