The License Management page shows the license details for your enterprise. In this article, we will guide you from where you can also renew or change your license plan.

Accessing Subscription Details
To access the subscription details of your account, navigate to Administration and Organization Settings License Management. The page displays your plan information.
Viewing the License Plan
The page helps you view the license details like the Plan start date, Plan end date, the number of users, Next bill estimates, Billing owner, document storage, the plans and add-ons you have selected, etc. Also, you can upgrade or renew your plan. It helps you to see the following information –
Plan details: It shows you the number of users, the start date, and the end date of your plan.
Cancel Subscription—You can cancel your license subscription at any time by clicking the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button. Even after canceling the subscription, the account information is kept safe until the renewal date. That means the application administrator and users can access their accounts until the renewal date if they want. After the renewal date, the account will be deactivated for two weeks and then deleted.
Add-Ons and Current Usage—This section shows the add-ons, such as Business Rule, MSP Integration, PPM, AI Similarity, and Auto-fill, available to use in the application. To add or remove the add-ons to/from your plan, click the EDIT button and select the respective checkboxes. You can see the applicable charges of the respective add-ons and pay the money to start using them.
Billing Owner – This shows the information of the billing owner. To change the billing owner details, click the EDIT icon and provide the name and email of the new owner.
Payment method: It helps you select the payment method for your plan.
Document Storage – This section shows your application’s storage capacity. You can see the used storage capacity against the available storage capacity. The storage capacity varies depending on the plan you have taken. For example, the given plan has the following storage capacity.
- Free Plan – 5 GB
- Standard Plan – 10 GB
- Enterprise Plus Plan – 1000 GB
Renewing/Upgrading the Existing Plan
Click the MODIFY/RENEW PLAN button to edit, upgrade, or renew your subscription plan. The Edit Plan page displays.
You can specify the number of users and the contract cycle (monthly or yearly).
Specifying Advanced User Settings
To specify the advanced settings, turn on the Advanced User Settings toggle and specify the advanced settings like the number of users in each role such as Team member, Manager, Reader, and Contractor.
Once you specify your requirements, perform the following steps –
1. Select a plan – All the available plans are listed on the page. Click the SELECT PLAN / CONTACT SALES button to select a particular plan. You can see the user limit and project limit applicable to the selected plan. Depending on the selection the accordions Essentials, Project Templates, Configurability, Add-ons, etc. will be updated below.
2. License Configuration – Once you select a specific plan, configure/add the number of users and projects in your organization. Select the Billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Click Continue which will take you to a list of Add-ons in which you can customize how many per unit you will want to purchase.
3. Preview and Pay – According to the selected plan and the number of users included in it along with the customized add-ons, the cost of the subscription is calculated. Make the payment to buy the subscription.
Important Information
By default, you can access the application for its trial period which is 30 days without upgrading to a subscription plan. Before your trial period expires, you can contact our support team to upgrade the application or extend the time.
You will receive mail notifications before the expiry of the license period, early on the expiry day, and after the expiry. You can click the links in the mail and log in to the application to change the license plan from the Subscription page.
After your plan expires, you (admin) can renew the plan within 15 days of the expiry date. If you are using a trial period, you can upgrade to a plan within 15 days of the trial end date.
In the trial period, you can only access the OKR, Personalized X Feed, and Co-Authoring add-ons but after the trial period is over, you will be charged to use these add-ons.
