On adding a new retro, the fourth step is to Select Icebreaker. In this step, there are three different icebreakers to start a retrospective. A good retrospective Icebreaker is short, fun, and engaging. It is designed to engage participants and encourage interaction at the beginning of the retrospective session. Icebreakers help set a positive tone, break down barriers, and create a comfortable environment for open communication and collaboration.
To start your retrospective, you get three different Icebreaker questions i.e., Happiness Index, Sprint Weather Report, Explorer, Shopper, Vacationer, and Prisoner.
For example, if you select Happiness Index, in the first step of a retrospective process i.e. Icebreaker step then you get the following question:
