Use Your  Facebook Account to Signup and Login to SwiftKanban

Now you can setup your SwiftKanban account using your Facebook account. Like to know how! Please follow this steps:
  • On the Signup page in the SwiftKanban website, use the “Signup with Facebook” option and provide your Facebook credentials. 
  • On the SwiftKanban login page, click the new “Sign in with Facebook” button and follow the prompts on the screen to sign in.
Note: This Facebook login feature is applicable to new SwiftKanban accounts only. Existing users must continue with their current login id and password.

New Date format Introduced

We have now introduced new date format ‘yyyy/mm/dd‘. You can use this new format while entering values for all the date related fields such as Due Date, Start Date, End Date and others. 
 
Note: To use the ‘yyyy/mm/dd‘ format, you must first select the same format in the Date Format field in your personal profile summary.  

Set Your Default Date Format

You can now set the default date format at the organization level. The default date format will then be applied to all the new users. 
You can set the Date Format in the Preference section by navigating to Admin, and then Settings. 
Note: Although new users will have the selected date format as default, they can always change it by modifying their Profile Summary.
 

Assign Multiple Users to Cards

Now you can assign multiple users to a card from the drop down list by using <Ctrl + Click> or <Shift + Click> in the Microsoft® Windows or <Command-Click> on the Mac OS®.
 

View the Last Card Owner Even After Archival

So far, when archiving a card, SwiftKanban did not save the owner information. With this version, you can nowview the last owner(s) even after the card is archived.
This feature will help you better track who worked on a card.
